The Green Room at Focal Studios provides a dedicated retreat adjacent to Recording Studio 1, allowing your guests to relax, prepare, collaborate, and monitor the live production as it happens.
Whether you’re recording a podcast, hosting VIP guests, filming multiple episodes, or coordinating a production team, the Green Room offers a professional environment designed to enhance the overall recording experience.
Featuring a live video feed directly from the podcast studio, guests can comfortably follow the recording session without interrupting production. The space also serves as a dedicated makeup, wardrobe, and preparation area for talent before stepping on camera.

Content Space 1 includes access to the professionally designed recording environment and furnished set only. Production equipment such as cameras, microphones, lighting, lenses, and audio gear are not included with the base rental, but may be rented separately through Focal Studios based on availability.
Content Spaces: Yes — external gear is required. These rooms act as customizable backdrops. Additional equipment is available for rent upon request.
A guest WiFi connection is available within the space for basic internet access. Due to limited guest network bandwidth, livestreaming equipment, streaming encoders, switching systems, and related production hardware must be supplied by the renter unless additional production services are arranged in advance through Focal Studios.
The hourly rental rate includes private access to Content Space 1 and the professionally decorated set environment during your reserved booking time. Guests are welcome to bring their own production equipment and crew. Additional equipment rentals, production support, editing, and creative services are available at an additional cost.
Furniture and movable décor elements may be adjusted or repositioned within reason during your session. However, permanent set elements, wall designs, and overall background aesthetics are not customizable.
The base rental rate includes room access only. Technical assistance, production support, equipment setup, lighting assistance, and engineering services are available upon request as add-on services.
We offer Post-Recording Editing services, provided by Focal Studios, starting at $250.
Our editors handle color correction, sound design, transitions, and final mastering.
All room bookings are non-refundable.
Unused hours or benefits do not roll over month to month and may be forfeited at Focal Studios’ discretion.
Content Spaces require a minimum two-hour reservation, with booking windows available up to 8 hours.
When Content Spaces are included or purchased with your booking:
You may continue using the space or request additional deliverables at the published rates listed on the content spaces booking page. Additional time and/or services will be billed immediately after your overage occurs.
