This complete ecosystem allows for multi-angle shooting, live switching, and dynamic lighting control for both cinematic and live-broadcast productions.
Can I bring my own equipment or crew?
Recording Studio 1: Yes — you may bring your own crew for behind-the-scenes recording only. Focal Studios’ dedicated equipment may not be modified, operated, or adjusted by anyone outside our production staff.
Content Rooms: Yes — external gear is required. These rooms act as customizable backdrops. Additional equipment is available for rent upon request.
Is there a live-editing or streaming option available?
Yes. Bronze, Silver, and Gold members can access live editing and streaming as an add-on or included feature within their tier.
General Admission accounts do not include live editing or streaming services.
How long can I book the studio for?
Recording Studio 1 requires a minimum two-hour reservation, with booking windows available up to 4–12 hours, depending on your membership tier.
What’s included in the hourly rate?
Your booking includes:
Setup and breakdown time
Studio 1 recording time
Use of all in-studio equipment
Real-time camera switching and technical oversight
For example, a 2-hour minimum includes 30 minutes setup + 30 minutes breakdown, leaving approximately 1 hour of active recording time. You’ll receive a pre-transitioned master file ready for use or further enhancement.
Can I customize the background or set design?
Yes!
Bronze, Silver, and Gold members can access our Virtual Background and Furniture Customization services as add-ons or included perks (depending on tier).
General Admission bookings are required to use our default set design and lighting configuration.
Do you provide assistance during the session?
Gold, Silver, and Bronze members receive hands-on technical support for lighting, camera operation, audio, graphics, live-streaming, and editing.
General Admission sessions include access to our standard set look, pre-set lighting, and camera angles.
Are files delivered after the session, and how are they stored?
Yes.
Our engineers monitor every session and transition camera angles in real time. Upon completion, you’ll receive an immediately available pre-transitioned file—a fully composed recording that can be published or edited further.
What if I need post-production editing?
We offer Post-Recording Editing services, provided by Qi Graphic Design, starting at $250.
Our editors handle color correction, sound design, transitions, and final mastering.
What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?
All membership payments, equipment rentals, and room bookings are non-refundable.
Unused hours or benefits do not roll over month to month and may be forfeited at Focal Studios’ discretion.
Memberships are non-transferable.

Do I get access to the Green Room, other Content Spaces or Office Spaces?
Yes — availability depends on your tier:
Gold: Includes Green Room + 3 Content Spaces per mo. + Interior Office use.
Silver: Includes Green Room + 2 Content Spaces per mo.; Office use available at standard rates.
Bronze: + 1 Content Spaces per mo.; Green Room and Office use available as Add-Ons.

How long do I get access to the green room, content spaces and office?
When Green Room, Content Spaces and Office Space is included or purchased with your booking:
- Green Room: For the duration of your podcast recording
- Content Spaces: 2 Hours per reservation
- Office Space: per Office rates
What happens if I exceed my included session hours or deliverables?
You may continue using the studio or request additional deliverables at the published Add-On rates listed on your membership page. Additional time and/or services will be billed immediately after your overage occurs.
Can I book on weekends?
Gold Members: Saturday access is included; Sunday access is available at $500/hour.
Silver Members: Saturday and Sunday access are available at $500/hour.
Bronze Members: Saturday access is $500/hour; Sunday access is not available.

What are the studio’s access hours?
Weekdays: 8 AM – 8 PM
Saturday: 8 AM – 8 PM (Gold) or per-hour rate (Silver/Bronze)
