Welcome to www.focal-studios.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Focal Studios LLC (“Focal Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. Description of Services

The Focal Studios website is designed to:

• Provide information about our podcast, video, and content studio rentals

• Allow users to book creative spaces and services

• Provide membership access and information for Focal Studios Members

• Promote affiliate products and sponsored content through Amazon Associates and Google Ads

Focal Studios is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and may earn commissions from qualifying purchases.

2. Electronic Communications

By visiting our Site, submitting a form, or contacting us, you consent to receive communications electronically, including by email, SMS, or notices posted to the Site.

5. Memberships and Subscriptions

By purchasing or maintaining a Focal Studios Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to both this Agreement and the Membership Terms, which are incorporated by reference.

If any conflict arises between this Agreement and the Membership Terms, the Membership Terms will control for all matters relating specifically to membership access, billing, cancellations, and member benefits.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Bookings and studio rentals may be cancelled in accordance with our posted cancellation policies.
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation and whether services have already been rendered.

Membership payments, deposits, and subscription fees are subject to the Membership Terms and are generally non-refundable.
Unused studio time, Add-Ons, or deliverables do not roll over or qualify for credit.

7. Use of Google Ads and Related Services

Focal Studios uses Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related Google marketing technologies to advertise and analyze performance.
These services may use cookies, pixels, or other identifiers to deliver relevant ads, measure effectiveness, and understand user interactions.

By using our Site, you consent to the processing of this data in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

• Any violation of these Terms or the Membership Terms

• Any misuse of Focal Studios facilities or intellectual property

13. Arbitration and Governing Law

All disputes or claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, in Orange County, California.

You agree that arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and that class actions or class arbitrations are not permitted.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Focal Studios reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly.
